Not happy with your order? Send it back within 30 days of receiving it and we'll refund you in full.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us: Send your order number to support@zukoco.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and let us know you want to return it.
2. Ship it back: We'll send you a prepaid return label and short instructions. Drop the package off at your local carrier.
3. Get your refund: Once the package arrives and we check it, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds usually land within 14 days.

Refund requests sent after the 30-day window aren't eligible.
